S.L. 415.8 Art. 23Exceptions and limitations in regulations not prejudiced by exceptions in Copyright Act.

The exceptions and limitations provided for in these regulations shall not be prejudiced or limited in scope as a result of articles 9(1)(d) and (h) and 26(2)(b) of the Act.
