S.L. 386.34 Art. 9Reporting of unauthorised access.

In the event that the competent authority, or any other relying party making use of the repository in accordance with these regulations, become aware of any unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, or use of data, information and reports held within the repository, the competent authority or any other relying party shall promptly notify the Registrar and provide him with any information in relation to any such incident as may be requested by the Registrar.
