S.L. 386.34 Art. 10Restriction or suspension of access.

Where the Registrar considers that a relying party is not implementing the necessary safeguards against unauthorised or unjustified access to, or use of, the repository and the data and information contained therein, or is otherwise failing to comply with its obligations under these regulations, he may restrict, suspend or terminate access, and only reinstate it once the necessary measures have been implemented to prevent the same from occurring again.
