S.L. 386.16 Art. 29Interpretation.

For the purposes of this Part, the following definitions shall apply:

"EU Delegated Regulation" has the same meaning assigned to it in the Reinsurance Special Purpose Vehicles Regulations;

"EU Implementing Regulation" has the same meaning assigned to it in the Reinsurance Special Purpose Vehicles Regulations;

"EU Regulations" has the same meaning assigned to it in the Reinsurance Special Purpose Vehicles Regulations;

"Insurance Rules" has the same meaning assigned to it in the Reinsurance Special Purpose Vehicles Regulations.
