The provisions of Part III shall apply to a securitisation cell company carrying on business as a reinsurance special purpose vehicle in accordance with the Reinsurance Special Purpose

Vehicles Regulations, and any reference to a securitisation cell company within this part shall be construed as a reference to a securitisation cell company carrying on exclusively business as a reinsurance special purpose vehicle in accordance with the Reinsurance Special Purpose Vehicles Regulations.
