S.L. 386.10 Art. 7Formation, constitution or conversion of a company as a cell company.

A person wishing to form or constitute a company as a cell company, or convert an existing company into a cell company shall deliver to the Registrar for registration of the company’s memorandum and articles, or a copy of the resolution amending the company’s memorandum or articles, as the case may be.
