S.L. 386.10 Art. 6Application for approval of the competent authority.

An application for the approval of the competent authority for the formation or constitution of a company as a cell company, for the conversion of an existing company into a cell company or for the creation of a new cell shall be made to the competent authority in such form and manner, and shall be accompanied by such documents and information verified in such manner, as the competent authority may, from time to time, determine.
