(1) Without prejudice to Article 42(3) of Directive 2007/

64/EC and Chapter II of Directive 2008/48/EC, a payment service provider shall, in good time before entering into a contract for a payment account with a consumer, provide the consumer with a fee information document.

(2) The fee information document shall meet the requirements set out in Schedule 1.
