(1) Every four years, following publication of the list referred to in regulation 3(1), the competent authority shall assess, and where appropriate, update the list of the most representative services established pursuant to regulation 3.

(2) The competent authority shall notify to the European

Commission and to EBA the outcome of its assessment and, where applicable, provide them with the updated list of the most representative services.
