S.L. 376.8 Art. 15Provision of the switching service.

(1) A payment service provider shall offer a switching service as described in this regulation and in Schedule 3 between payment accounts held in the same currency to any consumer who opens or holds a payment account with a payment service provider located in Malta.

(2) A switching service shall be initiated by the receiving payment service provider at the request of the consumer and shall meet the requirements set out in Schedule 3.
