S.L. 370.32 Art. 6Depositary’s fees.

(1) The depositary shall have the right to charge fees to the scheme and to be reimbursed for expenses in accordance with the terms and conditions of the depositary agreement referred to in regulation 5.

(2) The depositary may, if authorised to do so by the terms and conditions of the custody agreement, exercise a right of retention over the assets of the scheme held under its control, to the extent of any lawfully due but unpaid fees and expenses, until such fees and expenses are paid.
