S.L. 363.9 Art. 5Prohibition of bicycles in public grounds. Prohibition of certain activities.

No person shall ride any bicycle in a public ground, or in a part of such ground, where a sign has been set up to prohibit the use of a bicycle. 6.1. No person shall in any public ground, play any game or act in such manner -6.1.1 as to give reasonable cause for annoyance to any other person in the public ground; or 6.1.2 as is likely to cause any damage to any flower bed, shrub, plant, tree or other vegetation or to fixtures and furnishings contained in the public ground.
