S.L. 363.9 Art. 3Tampering with fixtures and furnishings. Protection of flower beds, etc.

No person shall remove or displace, unless so authorised, or misuse, cause any damage or in any way tamper with any fixtures and furnishings placed or erected in any public ground. 4.1 No person shall, in any public ground, enter upon, pick, misuse or otherwise cause damage to: 4.1.1 any flower bed, shrub, plant, tree or other vegetation or any part thereof; or 4.1.2 any part of the ground intended for the sowing or renovation of grass, turf or other vegetation, where adequate notice has been set up to keep off from any such part of the ground.
