S.L. 363.86 Art. 3Application for authorised bag.

(1) Without prejudice to any other licence required for the use of a karrozzin on the road, a person shall apply to the Council of the locality where the karrozzin normally is in use to be provided with such authorised bag for a fee of twenty three euro twenty-nine cents (€23.29).

(2) The design, the measurements, the colour and the material used in the production of the authorised bag shall be those indicated in Schedule B.

(3) The authorised bag shall at all times be tied to the horse and to the karrozzin so as to avoid horse droppings from falling onto to the road.

(4) The application for the authorised bag shall be submitted on the form prescribed in Schedule A and the authorised bag shall be provided by the Council after the application has been submitted.
