S.L. 363.221 Art. 6Penalties.

Any person who contravenes any provision of these Bye-Laws, shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of seventy euro (€70) for such contravention together with a further ammenda of ten euro (€10) for each day during which such contravention of these Bye-Laws would have ensued.
