S.L. 363.200 Art. 3Authorisation for street furniture on public pavements.

No person shall put up any furniture on pavements in the locality of Imdina (Città Nobile) without the written authorization of the Council.

3.1 Subject to any permit, authorization, or licence required under any law, such authorization may be granted after a written application to the Council.
