S.L. 363.20 Art. 30Confidentiality.

(1) The Executive Secretary or any other Council employee shall not communicate to any person the content of documents relating to the Council unless required by law or expressly authorised to do so by the Council.

(2) The Executive Secretary or any other employee shall not be permitted to give interviews or make public statements nor to disclose any information acquired during the course of his duties unless required to do so in accordance with the Act or so authorised by the Mayor in writing.
