The property in the locality of Santa Lu`ija, referred to in article 2 consists of two sites in Santa Lu`ija as shown bordered in red on Plan P.D. 11_82_109 attached to Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of these sites, by Santa Lu`ija Local Council, signed by the Assistant Director Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and the Mayor and the Executive Secretary of the Santa Lu`ija Local Council on the 31st January, 2008.
