The property in the locality of Mosta, referred to in article

2 consists of premises at Civic Centre in Mosta as shown edged in green on Plan P.D. 2007_437 attached to Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of these premises, by Mosta Local Council, signed by the Director Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and the Mayor and the Acting Executive Secretary of the Mosta Local Council on the 4th October, 2007.
