S.L. 36.21 Art. 3Destruction of meat.

Where an importer fails to comply with such order within the time prescribed as above, the Minister responsible for agriculture may order the meat, meat products, animal offals or parts of an animal in regard to which such order was made to be destroyed at the expense of the importer.
