S.L. 36.21 Art. 2Order for re- export.

The Minister responsible for Agriculture may order any meat, meat products, animal offals or parts of an animal imported into these Islands to be re-exported within such time as he may consider expedient, when he is satisfied that in the country of origin of such meat, meat products, animal offals or parts of an animal there is or there has been at any time during the period of three months immediately preceding the day of importation into these Islands a case of foot and mouth disease.
