S.L. 35.22 Art. 3Charging of fees and other expenses.

(1) There shall be charged and collected by the Park Unit for use of facilities at the Park for cultural and other activities or events, the fees shown in the First Schedule.

(2) Any other expenses, including the provision of water, electricity and telephone services and the attendance of extra staff during such activities or events, shall be charged separately and reimbursed to the Park Unit.

(3) The fees indicated in the First Schedule shall be charged on a daily basis, provided that if the facilities are used for four to seven consecutive days, the fee shall be reduced by 10%, while there shall be a reduction of 20% if the facilities are used for eight day or more.
