S.L. 35.22 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Minister" means the Minister responsible for national parks, and "Ministry" shall be construed accordingly;

"Park" means the National Park - Ta’ Qali, as shown on the site-plan in the Second Schedule;

"the Park Unit" means the Park Unit National Park and Countryside Restoration - Ta’ Qali, responsible for the management and administration of the Park within the Ministry.
