S.L. 327.695 Art. 2Applicability.

(1) These regulations shall be applicable from 1

February 2023 onwards.

(2) Regulations 51 to 57 relating to the examination of the thesis shall not apply to students who request to present their thesis for examination prior to 1 February 2023. In such cases, the Doctor of Philosophy – Ph.D. – Degree Regulations, 2008 shall apply.
