S.L. 327.557 Art. 12Powers of the Panel in urgent cases.

The Panel may, in cases which the Rector deems urgent, abridge or dispense with any time periods or formality provided for in these regulations, provided that it shall ensure that the Student concerned is given a fair hearing notwithstanding such abridgements or dispensations.
