S.L. 327.539 Art. 2Applicability.

(1) Bye-Laws 3, 6, 8 and 9 shall apply from 22nd February,

2021 onwards.

(2) Bye-Law 4 of these bye-laws shall be applicable for courses commencing in October 2021 or later.

(3) Bye-Laws 5 and 7 of these bye-laws shall be applicable for courses commencing in October 2023 or later.
