S.L. 327.539 Art. 1Citation and interpretation.

(1) The title of these bye-laws is the Bye-Laws for the

Degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Early Childhood

Education and Care - B.A. (Hons) ECEC - under the auspices of the

Faculty of Education.

(2) In these bye-laws, unless the context otherwise requires – "the Board" means the Board of the Faculty of Education; "the Course" means the programme of study leading to the degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Early Childhood Education and Care - B.A. (Hons) ECEC; "the Degree" means the degree of Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Early Childhood Education and Care - B.A. (Hons) ECEC; "the Faculty" means the Faculty of Education; "the Higher Diploma" means the Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care – H.Dip.; and "the Principal Regulations" means the General Regulations for University Undergraduate Awards, 2004.
