S.L. 318.23 Art. 2Interpretation.

In the regulations "Agreement" means the Agreement on Social Security between the Government of Malta and the Government of New Zealand signed on 8th July, 2013, a copy of which, together with the Supplementary Administrative Arrangement for the Implementation of the Agreement and the Administrative Arrangement for the Application of the Agreement, in their original English version, are annexed in the Schedules to these regulations.
