S.L. 315.12 Art. 3Prohibition of smoking on beaches.

It shall not be lawful for any person to consume and, or use a tobacco product or any herbal product for smoking on any beach delineated in the Schedule:

Provided that such prohibition shall not apply in those areas designated as smoking areas and physically delineated on site by the Authority.
