In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Authority" means the Environment and Resources

Authority established by article 6 of the Environment

Protection Act;

"beach" means any beach as delineated in the Schedule;

"herbal product for smoking" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products Regulations;

"tobacco devices" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the Products and Smoking Devices (Simulating Cigarettes or Tobacco) (Control) Regulations;

"tobacco product" means products that may be consumed and consist, even partly, of tobacco, whether genetically modified or otherwise, and includes any tobacco devices.
