(1) This article applies if the court makes an order under article 46(3)(b) for further proceedings on a Part II warrant to be deferred.

(2) If an order is made under article 49(5) for proceedings on the warrant to be resumed, the period specified in article 44(5) must be taken to be ten days starting with the day on which the order under article 49(5) is made.
