(41) A block, known as Block B consisting of twelve flats, of which six are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through another legal notice, and including passages leading to the block and surrounding gardens in the “Ta’ Ganza” Government Housing Estate, Zejtun. This block is bounded on the North-East, on the North-West and on the South-West by a public passage. Flats numbered 16 to 18 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70311 to 70313 and flats numbered 21 to 23 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70316 to 70318. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 273/75/G dated the 30th of September, 1975 and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block B” on plan P.D. 2013_264. This block is bounded on the North-East and on the North-West by a public passage and on the South-West by an open space. Flats numbered 26 and 27 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70321 and 70322, flats numbered 30 to 32 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70325 to 70327, flats numbered 35 and 36 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70330 and 70331. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 152/73 dated the 24th of August, 1973 and by Deed No. 273/75/G dated the 30th of September, 1975 both in the acts of Notary A. Flat numbered 37 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 70332, flats numbered 41 to 44 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70336 to 70339 and flat numbered 46 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 70341. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 152/73 dated the 24th of August, 1973 in the acts of Notary A. This block is bounded on the North-East and on the South-East, in part by Government property and in part by a public passage, and on the North-West by Government property. Flats numbered 52 and 53 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70347 and 70348 and flats numbered 55 and 56 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70350 and 70351. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 152/73 dated the 24th of August, 1973 and by Deed No. 273/75/G dated the 30th of September, 1975 both in the acts of Notary A.
