(38) A block, known as Block D4 consisting of eight flats, of which three are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through another legal notice, in Triq il-Knisja, Ta’ Xbiex. This block is bounded on the West by Triq il-Kosbor, on the North by a public passage and on the East by Triq il-Maskli. Flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 69256, flat numbered 3 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 69258 and flats numbered 5 to 7 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 69260 to 69262. This block is bounded on the West by a public passage, on the South by Triq il-Prinċipessa Margerita and on the North by a public open space. Flats numbered 2, 4 and 6 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70621, 70623 and 70625 respectively and flats numbered 8 and 9 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70627 and 70628. This block falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 52/78/G dated the 15th of March, 1978 in the acts of Notary A. Grech and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Blk F1” on plan P.D. 2013_604. (HAA 228/2012).

(40) A block, known as Block A consisting of twelve flats, of which four are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through another legal notice, and including passages leading to the block and surrounding gardens in the “Ta’ Ganza” Government Housing Estate, Zejtun. This block is bounded on the North-East and North-West by a public passage and on the South-West by an open space. Flats numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70296 and 70297, flats numbered 4 and 5 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70299 and 70300 and flats numbered 9 to 12 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 70304 to
