S.L. 261.31 Art. 5

With effect from the 27th August, 2008:

(1) A plot of land at Triq Tal-{ebel, Birzebbu[a, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, which has been adjoined to a large portion of land transferred from the Joint Office to the Housing Authority, which plot was then developed into 30 apartments and 30 garages, bearing Tenement No. E20502 and which is edged in red on P.D.2008_212. (HAM 42/99 vol. 4).

(2) A plot of land at Triq Cassarino, Bugibba, St. Paul’s Bay, bounded on all sides by property belonging to Government or more correct boundaries, which land has been developed into eight apartments and six garages, bearing Tenement No. E20496 and which is edged in red on P.D.2008_278. (HAM 16/95 vol. 2).

(3) A plot of land at Triq Spanja, Naxxar, bounded on all sides by property belonging to Government or more correct boundaries, which land was divided into three plots - Plots 147, 148 and 149, bearing Tenement No. E20498 and which is edged in red on P.D.2008_297. (HAM 854/88).

(4) A plot of land at Triq Pietru D’Armenia, Pembroke, consisting in Blocks A5 to A11, bounded on all sides by property belonging to Government or more correct boundaries, which land has been developed into 79 apartments and 87 garages, bearing Tenement No. E20499 and which is edged in red on P.D.2008_291. (HAM 2/98 vol. 9).

(5) Premises bearing number 7, Ancient Street, Vittoriosa (J.O No. R/1083/1997; Title No. 03000427).

(6) Premises bearing number 6/1, Ancient Street, Vittoriosa (J.O No. R/1086/1997; Title No. 03000427).

(7) Premises bearing number 6/2, Ancient Street, Vittoriosa (J.O No. R/1085/1997; Title No. 03000427).

(8) Premises bearing number 6/3, Ancient Street, Vittoriosa (J.O No. R/1084/1997; Title No. 03000427).

(9) Block 6, Number 6, Flat number 5, Misra] L-Erbg]a ta’ Settembru, Senglea (Tenement No. 63225 - RTB-95/2006).
