S.L. 261.31 Art. 4

With effect from the 17th June, 2008:

(1) A plot of land known as Plot No. 31, in Triq i`-~edru, San {wann, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries, granted on perpetual emphyteusis to Mr. Victor Sciberras as per contract dated 28th March, 1978 in the acts of Notary Joseph Raphael Darmanin, bearing Tenement No. 65196 on which are built premises "Captina" (Plot 31) Triq i`-~edru, San {wann, and which is edged in red and marked "P.31" on L.D. 135/81/46 (HAP 5/2007).

(2) Plots numbered 55 to 60, having an area of approximately 901 square metres, at Tal-Bebbux II, |urrieq, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or more correct boundaries. The above mentioned land bears Acquisition no. 14830 -Plot 6 and is edged in red on P.D 11_88_6 (HAM 181/ 82).

(3) A plot of land known as Plot No. 61 Block 3, in Triq tal-}amrija, corner with Triq is-Sardinell, Xewkija, Gozo, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government, or more correct boundaries, granted on perpetual emphyteusis to Mr. Joseph Cauchi, as per contract dated 31st January, 1975 in the acts of Notary J. Busuttil, bearing Tenement No. Z41271 and which is edged in red and marked "No. 61" on L.D.19/97 (HAP 6/2007).

(4) A plot of land known as Plot No. 80, in Triq Widnet il-Ba]ar, }amrija Home Ownership Scheme, Xewkija, Gozo, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government, or more correct boundaries, granted on perpetual emphyteusis to Mr. Paul Attard as per contract dated 26th June, 1990 in the acts of Notary Dr. Ino Mario Grech, bearing Tenement No. Z41290 and which is edged in red and marked "No. 80" on L.D.19/97 (HAP 1/2008).

(5) Premises bearing number 40 and 42, also known as Shops 1 and 2, St. Francis Street, Cospicua (Acquisition Nos. 19011, 19096 and 19147 - HAM - 8/ 97 vol 3).

(6) Flat number 6 Block VIII, Unit 2, Hubbard Flats, Triq Alessandra, Cospicua (Tenement No. 62348 – RTB 23/ 2006).

(7) House numbered T.H. No. 4, Triq it-Ti[rija, Government Housing Estate, Marsa (Tenement No. 71002 – RTB 21/2003).
