S.L. 261.28 Art. 6

With effect from the 22nd November, 2005:

(1) A plot of land having an area of approximately 263 square meters, forming part of the Mqabba Government Housing Estate, limits of Mqabba, bounded on the North-West by a public road, on the South-East by property of Mr Carmelo Mercieca, and on the East by a public road. The said plot forms part of Government Rural Tenement No. 50928 and part of Government land acquired in virtue of deed No. 57/89 dated 29th March, 1989 in the records of Notary V. Miceli and it incorporates Home Ownership Plot No. 74 and is edged red on P.W. Drawing MQ/17/82. (HAM 80/81).

(b) a plot of land, known as Site B, having an area of approximately 3,627 square meters, bounded on the North-East by Triq il-Palazz, on the South by Triq Dorell, and on the West by Triq i\-|g]o\ija, forming part of Government land acquired by Deed No. 129/2001 dated 12th July, 2001 in the records of Notary V. (c) a plot of land, known as Site C, having an area of approximately 5,930 square meters, bounded on the North by Triq Dorell, on the West by Triq ix-Xlejli, and on the East by Triq il-Palazz, forming part of Government land acquired by Deed No. 129/2001 dated 12th July, 2001 in the records of Notary V.
