S.L. 261.28 Art. 5

With effect from the 28th September, 2005:

(1) A plot of land having an area of approximately 140 square meters, known as Plot number 140 and forming part of the Santa Lu`ija Government Housing Estate, limits of Santa Lu`ija, bounded on the North-West by Government property, on the South-West by Triq G]org]ar, and on the North-East by property of Mr P. Schembri, subject to a perpetual emphyteusis commencing from the 12th May, 1976 as per deed dated 122th May 1976 in the acts of Notary A. Grech, on which are built premises bearing number 6, "Dar il-Hena", Triq G]org]ar, Santa Lu`ija, and which is edged red and marked P. 140 on L.D. 11/82/69. (HAP 2/2005).

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 184.43 square meters in Ker`em, Gozo, bounded on the North and on the South by property transferred to the Housing Authority, and on the East by Triq Wenzu Mintoff, subject to a perpetual emphyteusis commencing from the 30th September, 1976 as per deed dated 30th September, 1976 in the acts of Notary Dr J. Busuttil, on which are built premises bearing number 65, Triq Wenzu Mintoff, Ker`em, Gozo, and which is edged red and marked P. 65 on L.D. 28/98/2. (HAP 2/2004).
