With effect from the 18th March, 1997:

(1) Flat number 5, Entrance A, Binja Preziosi, Sir Luigi Preziosi Square, Floriana (Tenement No. 77466).

(2) The following land forming part of the Santa Lucia Neighbourhood I Government Housing Estate as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 147.19 square metres known as Plot 61 Triq in-Nar`is, Santa Lucia, bounded on the North-West by property of Joseph Zammit Ciantar, on the South-East by property of Carmel Grima and on the South-West by Triq in-Nar`is, on which are currently built premixes bearing number 15, Triq in-Nar`is, and which is edged red and marked P. 61 on L.D. 11/82/72. (b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 147.19 square metres known as Plot 62 Triq in-Nar`is, Santa Lucia, bounded on the North-West by property of Emanuel Borg, on the South-East by property of Raymond Chetcuti and on the South-West by Triq in-Nar`is, on which are currently built premises bearing number 17, Triq in-Nar`is, and which is edged red and marked P. 62 on L.D. 11/82/72. (c) A plot of land having an area of approximately 187.76 square metres known as Plot 67 Triq in-Narcis, Santa Lucia, bounded on the North-West by property of Renald Dalli, on the South partly by property of Joseph Ebejer and other part by property of Kevin Anthony Galea et and on the West by Triq in-Nar`is, on which are currently built premises bearing number 27, Triq in-Nar`is, and which is edged red and marked P. 67 on L.D. 11/82/72. (d) A plot of land having an area of approximately 145.35 square metres known as Plot 72 Triq in-Nar`is, Santa Lucia, bounded on the North-East by Triq in-Nar`is, on the South-East by property of Carmen Mary Bonello and on the North-West by property of Edward N. Attard, on which are currently built premises bearing number 4, Triq in-Nar`is, and which is edged red and marked P. 72 on L.D. 11/82/71. (HAP 108/96).

(g) A plot of land having an area of approximately 132.87 square metres known as Plot 93 Post il-Gladjoli, Santa Lucia, bounded on the North by property of Laurence Camilleri, on the South by property of Godwin Cassar and on the East by Post il-Gladjoli, on which are currently built premises bearing number 6, Post il-Gladjoli, and which is edged red and marked P.93 on L.D.11/ 82/70. (3) The following land forming part of the Nigret |urrieq, Government Housing Estate, limits of as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 133.27 square metres and including additional land of approximately 6 square metres, known as|urrieq,Plot 46 and Site E, Triq Xandru D’Amato, bounded on the North-West by Triq Xandru D’Amato, on the South-West partly by property of Carmela Briffa, partly by Government property, and on the North-East by property of Saviour D’Amato et, on which are currently built premises bearing number 46, Triq Xandru D’Amato. The said plot and additional land are edged red and marked P. 46 and E respectively on L.D. 198/81/17. (HAP 50/96).

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 143.32 square metres known as Plot 95 Triq |urrieq, Wied Babu, bounded on the North-West by property of Rokku Farrugia, on the South-East by property of Joseph D’Amato and on the South-West by Triq Wied Babu, on which are currently built premises bearing number 95, Triq Wied Babu, and which is edged red and marked P. 95 on L.D. 198/81/16.
