S.L. 261.20 Art. 4

With effect from the 6th February, 1997:

(1) Flat number 8, Block D-2, Triq l-Istiratur, Ta’ Mliet, Mosta (Tenement No. 70849).

(2) A plot of land having an area of approximately 130.81 square metres known as Plot 23, Triq il-Palazz l-A]mar, Fleur-de-Lys, Santa Venera, forming part of the Government Housing Estate at Fleur-de-Lys, limits of Santa Venera, bounded on the South by Triq il-Palazz l-A]mar, East by property of George Barbara, West by property of Gaetano and Rose Maria Tanti, on which are currently built premises bearing number 23, Triq il-Palazz l-A]mar, and which is edged red and marked P. 23 on L.D.235/81/12. (HAP 277/ 96).

(3) A plot of land having an area of approximately 119.88 square metres and including additional land of approximately 47.5 square metres known as Plot 25 and Site D, Triq il-Bwieraq, Santa Lucia, forming part of the Santa Lucia Neighbourhood II Government Housing Estate, limits of Santa Lucia, bounded on the North-West by property of Victor Schembri, South-East by Triq G]eneb id-Dib, South-West by Triq il-Bwieraq, on which are currently built premises bearing number 25, Triq il-Bwieraq. The said plot is edged red and marked P. 25 and the said site is also edged red and marked D on L.D. 11/82/67. (HAP 6/ 96).

(4) The following land forming part of the Santa Lucia Phase III Government Housing Estate as hereunder indicated -

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 140.74 square metres and including additional land of approximately 57.5 square metres known as Plot 136 Triq l-G]org]ar, Santa Lucia, bounded on the North by property of Avertano Grech, East by Triq l-G]org]ar, West by public open space, on which are currently built premises bearing number 3, Triq l-G]org]ar, The said plot is edged red and marked P. 136 on L.D. 11/82/68. (HAP 215/96).

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 195.71 square metres and including additional land of approximately 60.5 square metres known as Plot 139 and Site A, Triq il-Prinjoli corner with Triq l-G]org]ar, Santa Lucia, bounded on the North by property of Carmel Degabriele, South by Triq il-Prinjoli, West by Triq l-Ghorghar, on which are currently built premises bearing number 57, Triq il-Prinjoli corner with Triq l-G]org]ar. The said plot and additional land are edged red and marked P. 139 and A respectively on L.D. 11/82/69. (HAP 212/ 96).

(5) Maisonette number 7, Council Flats, Doctor Anton Tabone Street, Ta`-~awla Estate, Victoria, Gozo (Tenement No. URB 272).

(6) Flat number 4, Entrance A, Binja tas-Salvatur, Block 4, Triq Luigi Pisani, Kalkara (Tenement No. 77052).
