S.L. 261.14 Art. 7

With effect from the 27th May, 1991:

(1) A block of 30 flats, including garages, and eight shops known as Binja tal-Faqqani, at the Santa Lucia Government Housing Estate, Santa Lucia, as follows: Each flat is accessible from an internal door numbered: 1 to 8 at common entrance A 1 to 6 at common entrance B 1 to 8 at common entrance C 1 to 8 at common entrance F; Each shop is accessible from a separate external door unofficially numbered: 1 to 4 underlying the flats at common entrance B 5 to 8 underlying the flats at common entrance E. The whole block is bounded on the North, East and West by public roads and has been erected on Government property acquired as per Deed No. 190/64 dated 12th September, 1964 in the Acts of Notary Herman Borg, and edged green on L.D. 110/91.

(2) A block of six flats known as Binja Bighi, at the Kalkara Government Housing Estate, Kalkara, each flat being accessible from an internal door numbered -1 to 3 at common entrance A 1 to 3 at common entrance B. overlying in part Government property and bounded on the North-East, South-East and South-West by public roads, and erected on Government land formerly part of Ex-Service Property 16345, enrolled in the acts of Notary V. Miceli on the 13th May, 1991 and edged red on L.D. 238/9013.

(3) A block of six flats known as Binja Rinella, at the Kalkara Government Housing Estate, Kalkara, each flat being accessible from an internal door numbered -1 to 3 at common entrance A 1 to 3 at common entrance B. overlying in part Government property and bounded on the North-East, South-East and South-West by public roads, and erected on Government land formerly part of Ex-Service Property 16345, enrolled in the acts of Notary V. Miceli on the 13th May, 1991 and edged red on L.D. 238/90/3.

(4) House forming part of the Qrendi Government Housing Estate, limits of Qrendi, accessible from a door without an official number bearing number 45 in a public street, bounded on the North-East by a public road, South-East by property of Charles Camilleri and North-West by Government property (Rural Tenement No. 50089 Portion 6).

(5) House numbered 17 and 18 in St Barbara Bastion, Valletta.

(6) House numbered 6, Labour Street, Marsaxlokk.
