With effect from the 11th April, 1991:

(1) An area of land including structures forming part of the Mtarfa Government Housing Estate, limits of Mdina, having an area of approximately 66,195 square metres, bounded on the North-East and South-East by public roads and on the West by Government property, edged green on L.D. 303A/90, excluding the areas and structures coloured red and yellow (Ex-Service Property No. 16436, 16503, 16505 and as enrolled in the records of Notary V. Miceli on the 12th December, 1990).

(2) House numbered 195, St Joseph Street, Senglea (Ex-Service Property No. 16538).
