S.L. 251.3 Art. 6Property of insignia.

(1) The insignia shall remain the property of the respective Local Council and shall, for the duration of the term of office, be entrusted to the care of the Mayor.

(2) On the expiration of the term of office the Secretary shall be responsible for making the necessary arrangements for such insignia to be returned by the Mayor.
