S.L. 251.3 Art. 5Lapel badges.

On appropriate occasions lapel badges denoting the insignia may be worn as follows -

(1) Mayors of the capital or former capitals: a silver gilt mural coronet, similar to that on the coat-of-arms, on a rosette 10mm in diameter, made of black fabric;

(2) Mayors of the other cities: a silver gilt mural coronet, similar to that on the coat-of-arms, on a rosette 10mm in diameter, made of black fabric;

(3) Mayors of the other localities: a silver gilt shield on a rosette 10mm in diameter, made of red fabric.
