S.L. 251.1 Art. 3Chancellor.

The Chancellor shall -

(a) record all important proceedings relating to the Xirka and the Order and shall enter such proceedings in books kept for the purpose;

(b) cause every appointment to the Xirka and the Order and any termination of any such appointment to be published in the Gazette;

(c) on the directions of the Head of the Xirka and of the Order, organise the investitures and other functions of the Xirka and the Order.
