S.L. 251.1 Art. 2Interpretation. Cap. 251.

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Act" means the Gie] ir-Repubblika Act;

"the Chancellor" means the Chancellor of the Xirka and of the Order established by the Act; "the Registrar" means the Registrar of the Xirka and of the Order established by these Rules; and expressions occurring also in the Act have the same meaning as they have in the Act.
