S.L. 217.29 Art. 5Access rights.

(1) Access to the Entry Exit System shall be granted only to the duly authorised staff of the competent authorities and for the purposes specified in the Schedule.

(2) Competent authorities that have direct access to the Entry Exit System files shall have the right to amend data in the Entry Exit System by rectifying, completing or erasing it for the purposes of Article 35 of the EES Regulation.
