S.L. 217.29 Art. 4Pre-enrolment of data.

(1) Persons whose border crossing is subject to registration in the EES may pre-enrol their data in the Entry Exit System by means of virtual, mobile or fixed self-service systems. The data submitted by such persons shall be subject to verification at the border crossing points.

(2) Pre-enrolment in the Entry Exit System shall take place in accordance with Articles 8a and 8b of Regulation (EU) 2017/2225.
