The wife or husband and children under the age of twenty-

one of high officers specified in the First Schedule shall enjoy the immunities and privileges set out in Part IV of the Second Schedule to the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act during the term of office of the high officer with the Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea (REMPEC) in Malta.
