The high officers shall enjoy the immunities and privileges set out in Part II and Part IV of the Second Schedule to the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act during their term of office with the Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea (REMPEC) in Malta.
