S.L. 188.5 Art. 2Scope.
The aim of these regulations is to prescribe the requirements to license persons to act as Agents for the purposes of Citizenship by Exceptional Services to the Republic of Malta in accordance with article 10(9) of the Maltese Citizenship Act.
